It started at the kitchen table.

As a kid I drew constantly. I spent hours at the kitchen table redrawing the Tasmanian Devil from the cover of a tiny notepad, twice its size, in a full sketchbook.

People noticed I had an eye for detail, so I was handed those little Kodak point-and-shoot cameras growing up. Years later, while decluttering, I found a few of them again, some still in their original packaging. That was the push back into photography.

I'll photograph almost anything, but nature and people are my favorites, especially the moments when someone is fully absorbed in what they're doing. A single photo can give someone a moment of calm in the middle of their day, and I hope mine do.
